Refund & Returns Policy

Please note:
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.

Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if shoes are unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Process:

• Visit our returns portal.

• Enter your Order ID and mobile number/email.

• Select the items and provide the reason for exchange.

• Our team will initiate a pickup within 2–3 days and assist you until the return is complete.

Cost:
Reverse-shipment charges are ₹100 per pair.

Exchange Process:

• If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Sale & Custom Items:

• Sale items might be final sale.

• Custom orders are not exchangeable.
